In this official (#898) IFS training, you complete Level 1 in 2 weeks:
This training will be online, held in english, from Portugal.
Module / week 1 - Starting 19th March 2023 (Week1- 6 days 19th-24th March).
Module / week 2 - Starting May 30th to June 5th 2023 (Week2- 7 days - May 30th-June 5th).
Starting Times for both Modules:

Ending Times for both Modules:
6pm GMT
Morning Session:10am -1.30pm
Afternon Session:2:30pm- 6:00pm
Each day will be 6.30 hours of learning, plus the breaks.
Total hours of the training is 84h.
2 Sessions, offering a total of 84 program hours. (42hours/week)
Participants must complete 72 hours to receive a certificate of completion. A maximum of 33 participants per training.
Internal Family Systems is at the forefront of a movement toward a more collaborative therapeutic approach that relies on clients’ intuitive wisdom. IFS offers a clear, non-pathologizing, and empowering view of human cognitive and emotional life and provides a dynamic therapeutic approach that allows both therapist and client to enter into a transformational relationship in which healing can occur.
The Lead Trainer
Osnat (Ossi) Arbel, PhD, LMFT is a Lead Trainer in Israel. As the Co-founder of the Israeli Institute for IFS she is training, supervising, and facilitating groups while living the IFS model both personally and professionally. In her private practice she provides IFS-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Arbel is an AAMFT Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor currently dividing her time between Israel, and Colorado. In Israel she is teaching MFT courses at Tel-Aviv University and Tel-Hai Academic College and supervising MFT practicum courses. In Colorado she holds an Assistant Professor appointment at Argosy University/Denver campus, teaching at the Counseling and MFT programs. Osnat Arbel will be assisted by 1 LPA and Programme Assistants (PAs), who have completed at least IFS L2 training, in the ratio of 1:3 participants.

When you register, you do it for the complete Level 1 Official training, meaning the 2 weeks.
This training will be the 5th edition for a Level 1 in Portugal.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 1200€ will secure your place.
In the event of withdrawal from the training once the course has commenced, the full fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations: cancellations received 15 working days prior the first day of the event will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 20% of the event fee - only if your space can be filled.
Cancellations made after are liable for the full registration fee.
This Level 1 course consist of two separate 6-day sessions – a total of 84 hours of training.
Note that you need to attend all training days in order to complete Level 1 training.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
Withdrawal/Refund Policy: Participants who wish to withdraw from the training program must do so in writing.
Deposit: The deposit is 80% refundable if written notice of withdrawal is received 45 or more days before the 1st day of the program. The deposit is 100% transferable to another training Level 1, 2, or 3 IFS training program if written notice of withdrawal is received 44-21 days before the 1st day of the program. A transferred deposit must be used within 18 months of withdrawal date, or else it is forfeited; a transferred deposit may only be used by the participant who is withdrawing. The deposit is forfeited if written notice of withdrawal is received 20 or fewer days before the 1st day of the program, or if withdrawal occurs after the program begins.
Tuition Balance: The tuition balance (total tuition less deposit) is refundable if written notice of withdrawal is received by 21 or more days before the 1st day of the program. The tuition balance is forfeited if written notice of withdrawal is received 20 or fewer days before the 1st day of the program, or if withdrawal occurs after the program begins.
Level 1 Trainings Programs
Level 1 trainings are comprehensive programs in which participants develop an understanding of the conceptual basis of IFS and learn how to apply IFS techniques to various clinical populations. Participants are also invited to explore their own inner worlds within a training's safe, nurturing context. A select group of IFS trainers teaches Level 1s using a format that features lectures, experiential exercises, video review, large and small group discussions, and small group supervision and practice sessions.
A Level 1 Training Course is the first part of your path to becoming an IFS practitioner. The Level 1 course gives you a comprehensive understanding of IFS concepts and teaches you how to apply IFS techniques for various clinical populations. The course also gives you the chance to explore your own inner world – within a safe, nurturing environment.
A select group of IFS trainers teaches Level 1, using a format that includes lectures, experiential exercises, video review, large and small group discussions, small group supervision and practice sessions.
Level 1 courses consist of three separate 5-day sessions – a total of 108 hours of training. Note that you need to attend all 15 training days in order to complete Level 1 training.
